VOLUNTOURISM
Having worked with the Yasawa Island villagers for more than 10 years, Vinaka Fiji believes in facilitating a sustainable future whilst maintaining their culture and relaxed way of life. We work in conjunction with the people of the Yasawa Islands to determine what is needed and to help plan and implement projects. We offer voluntourism packages for groups of 10 or more people who want to spend time in a truly special part of the world, helping others, meeting new people, learning new cultures, and who want to explore these majestic islands.
WHAT IS VOLUNTOURISM?
To participate in voluntourism is to offer a precious gift to both yourself and the community you are working with whereby you learn more about the world around you, make meaningful relationships, and have a positive impact on those that need help. Vinaka Fiji provides a fun and sustainable volunteer abroad option that is beneficial to the local communities with a focus on educating the villagers of the Yasawa Islands, using our participant's skills and experience to achieve change.

CREATING SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES PACKAGES
A full day working in each voluntourism category (Education, Communities, and Marine) learning about these communities and their people. Includes accommodation, meals, and transfers.
MARINE RESEARCH & EDUCATION PACKAGES
Two days in each voluntourism category (Education, Communities, and Marine) or tailor these packages to suit a particular interest. Includes accommodation, meals and transfers.
